Okay, so here is another request finished! This was requested by ~ElReventonVersion2, one of my good friends from Mexico. 
He asked me to draw Kitty Katswell from the show T.U.F.F. Puppy. I have heard about it somewhere, but I have never watched it. I may watch clips from it if I have the time.
